This is the first time to use a blog. I thought I would give it a try.
Yesterday's walk about killed my shins. I am trying to change my walking stride where my foot stays down longer and I am really feeling it in my shins. You
would think that someone who regularly walks 20 - 30 miles a week wouldn't be having these problems.
I am still not really sure what the real problem is but I think it would be one of the following:
Shoes?
Not drinking enough water during the...
